Complete metal working facilities include welding, CNC and conventional machining to support tool making and finish work for composites. CPI Radant designs and makes its own composite molds to best match thermal properties for better control of cure profiles. This avoids improper thermal gradients during cure which could create internal stresses or otherwise compromise the structural integrity of the resulting part.
