CPI Receives Significant Contract to Support Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Program for U.S. Government
PLANO, Texas – October 13, 2026 – Communications & Power Industries was recently awarded a multimillion-dollar contract to support an intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) program for the U.S. government. CPI will deliver a cutting-edge antenna system that integrates a sophisticated quadband radio frequency (RF) design with a multi-motor drive architecture on each axis.
This complex antenna system brings together CPI’s extensive expertise in RF engineering, motion control and system integration to meet demanding mission requirements. It relies on the company’s experience as a major global supplier of reliable large-aperture antennas for 50 years. CPI’s installed base includes hundreds of ISR antennas ranging from small tactical and transportable systems to large-aperture antenna systems that exceed 30 meters in diameter.
