Primary Responsibilities

• Detail-oriented service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Handles service contracts and directs support services.
• Provide the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members.
• Ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.
• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and goals are met.
• Oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives.
Position Requirements

• Community College Technical Diploma (or equivalent) and/or Degree in Electronics.
• 5+ years of related experience in Repair environment
• Ability to liaise with customers with flexibility to respond to customer inquiries outside of normal business hours
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills (team player)
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to make independent decisions
• Attention to detail, deadlines and multi tasking
• Basic RF knowledge an asset
• System installation knowledge and/or experience an asset
