Primary Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of routine mechanical assembly operations, following specific detailed procedures with strict time requirements
• Use and refill automated dispensing equipment for potting and coating operations (manual mixing and dispensing may be required at times)
• Clean and prime a variety of assemblies
• Operate equipment (dispensing machines, vacuum chamber, oven, humidifier, pressurized air dispenser)
• Inspect parts and/or assemblies
• Use hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Good manual dexterity required
• Must be able to read operating instructions and procedures
• Good communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude necessary with a strong attention to detail
• Understand and follow MSDS requirements for various chemicals
• Previous electro-mechanical assembly an asset
• Lift 50 lbs
