Description
  • Customer Support (remote service)
  • Provide field service for CPI Solid State products/field repair to the component level
  • Provide technical phone/e-mail support for Solid State products
  • Provide technical review of manuals & service data
  • Provide customer with product training as required
  • Carry out product evaluation

Requirements
  • Community College Graduate (3 year Electronics Technologist or Technician Program) or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write detailed customer reports
  • Able to read electrical schematics, functional and block diagrams
  • Self-starter able to work with little supervision
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be able to travel
