Field Service Technician
SMP Satcom Products : Customer Support
Customer Support (remote service)
Provide field service for CPI Solid State products/field repair to the component level
Provide technical phone/e-mail support for Solid State products
Provide technical review of manuals & service data
Provide customer with product training as required
Carry out product evaluation
Community College Graduate (3 year Electronics Technologist or Technician Program) or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write detailed customer reports
Able to read electrical schematics, functional and block diagrams
