Job Title: Quality Circuit Board Assembly Inspector
Entry Level - will train the right candidate

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the Job

•Inspects parts and materials to determine compliance to specified requirements
•Performs product inspection of circuit boards and electronic components
•Performs real time defect evaluation
•Prepares QA documentation
•Verifies corrective action implementation
•Performs ESD and 6‘s audits
•Verifies implementation of rework to IPC standards
•Generates and/or verifies traceability information
•Interfaces with coworkers and internal customers
Preferred Skills

•Clear knowledge of basic electrical, electronic components and mechanical technology
•Clear knowledge of ESD control
•Clear knowledge of workmanship IPC standards
•Clear knowledge of electronic drawing interpretation
•General knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance
•General knowledge of SPC statistics and process control techniques
•Skilled in using PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel)
•Skilled in use of basic mechanical measurement tools
•Interpersonal skills

Minimum job requirements:

•Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering
•2 years of directly related experience

This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a “U.S. Person” as defined under ITAR and EAR.
