ESSCO is the world’s premier designer and manufacturer of ground-based radomes, including composite and metal space frame radomes, shipboard and airborne radomes, as well as precision reflectors and antenna products.

ESSCO, a division of CPI, is currently seeking a talented Program Manager (PM) for our diverse radome and reflector product lines to sit at our Ayer, MA facility, this is not a remote position. ESSCO is the world’s premier designer and manufacturer of ground-based radomes, including composite and metal space frame radomes, shipboard and airborne radomes, as well as precision reflectors and antenna products.

The Program Manager (PM) reports directly to the Director, Program & Engineering. Responsible, all phases of programs from inception through completion.

Essential Functions:

· Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
· Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
· Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
· Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
· Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
· Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
· Expands the product line with the customer.
· Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
· Develop and maintain project plans including scope, work breakdown structures, budget, schedule, task dependencies, and action items, risk assessment across multiple programs.
· Define and manage overall program risks and take corrective action in a proactive manner to mitigate the risks identified.
· Direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis, identify resource needs, and escalate technical, quality, and schedule issues appropriately.
· Be an effective leader by motivating and instilling confidence within the program teams.
· Provide clear and effective communication both verbally and written.
· Act as the primary point of contact between CPI ESSCO and our customer organizations.
· Coordinate with business development to foster strong customer relationships and strategically position the CPI ESSCO business for future growth.
