Description

This is a full-time contract position (6 months) that has the potential of becoming a regular & benefitted position based on performance. Qualified individual will be responsible for: installs, troubleshoots, and repairs of computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair
activity. May perform system setups for new hires. May require an associate degree or its equivalent.
Provides Help Desk support to end users.
Provides hardware and software technical support to office and remote users.
Configuration and upgrading of desktop and laptop hardware and software.
Responsible for daily tape backups of all servers.
Maintains computer parts inventory.
Follows all IT Policies and Procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Requires a minimum of two years’ experience in computer hardware and software support. A+ Certification is preferred. Must have thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. Must have in-depth technical knowledge of hardware and software. Although not a requirement Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred for this role…
