Job Summary:

Assist marketing management with activities such as shipment scheduling, budgeting, pricing and other related activities of an administrative nature within a marketing organization.
Requirements
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Interface with Product Line Managers, Contracts Administration, Production Control, Quality Assurance and Finance and other support organizations as required.
Liaise between the Division and customers, participate in pre-order discussions as well as order negotiations, review and final pricing.
Review orders received and write up customers’ orders and as necessary takes appropriate action such as ascertaining specifications with the assistance of the Division Marketing Manager, Product Line Manager or Product Sales Manager as appropriate.
Prepare and extend quotes to potential customers on the Division’s behalf.
Assist division accounts receivable for collections on international invoices.
Answer inquiries from customers on delivery problems.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required
Proficient written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and if necessary remotely

Preferred job requirements
Fluent (written, read and spoken) in Mandarin

Working Conditions (i.e. travel, work schedule, etc.)
Typical 40 hour work week but will require periodic evening and weekend work in support of customer needs

Minimum Physical Job Requirements:(i.e. lift, carry, handle 10 lbs)
Ability to carry/handle 15 lbs. (occasional – tradeshow setup, demo set up)
Long hours at a computer terminal
