Responsibilities include:
Support daily cash management activities, including:
Daily funding and cash positioning
Monitor cash activity and report global cash balances
Intercompany funding and settlements
Execute electronic payments and trade settlements
Manage issuance of letters of credit and bank guarantees.
Support worldwide online banking systems/processes.
With the Treasury Director, support worldwide banking relationships.
Manage new bank account openings and bank account closings, signature cards, tracking bank fees, and analyze appropriateness of banking services.
Monitor and assist with the company’s F/X management.
Support company procurement card and travel card programs.
Partner with other internal groups including Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning and Division finance organizations, providing required analytical support.
Prepare monthly accounting journal entries and reconciliations for treasury transactions
Maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
Support global insurance programs.
Other activities, as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting.
5 - 8 years of experience in Treasury, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of a range of treasury processes and functions.
Ability to complete a variety of tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Strong analytical skills and use of Excel for managing and reporting data.
Capable of using technology for process improvement.
