CPI Malibu maintains a wide inventory of spare parts to support your needs. Spares may be purchased by contacting our factory office above. You may also order spare parts by contacting your local representative

Return Policy:
All returned products and materials require an Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number before we can accept your shipment. Contact us via email, telephone or fax to obtain this number before you send anything to CPI Malibu. Along with the RMA number we will inform you of possible evaluation charges and provide detailed instructions for methods of packing and shipping your returned items.
For international customers we also require that your US Export license be current.

Maintenance Agreements:
CPI offers Product Maintenance Agreements, which can be customized to meet your individual requirements. Agreements can include installation, maintenance and emergency provisions.

On-Site Installation Assistance:
CPI offers customer on-site installation assistance.

Training:
CPI offers training classes at Malibu Division or at the customer's site. Classes include: operating instruction and periodic maintenance, board level replacement, and troubleshooting of antenna systems.
