CPI's Beverly Microwave Division (CPI BMD) is a manufacturer of microwave transmitters for all applications. CPI BMD has produced many transmitters for military and commercial applications. CPI BMD technology includes all solid state Gallium Nitride (GaN) amplifiers as well as solid state modulators with tube based power amplifiers (see Transmitter subsection) for radar transmitters at all frequencies and power levels. CPI BMD transmitter products are used in mobile, ground-based, shipboard and airborne applications.
