  • Order Entry (Sales/RMA/Case entries)
  • Prepare shipping documentation
  • Communicate with business development managers and customers to confirm delivery, order status and lead time
  • Administrative duties including answering phones and directing calls within the department, filing, correspondence, printing/copying, etc.

Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS office and knowledge of business systems
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience desirable
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment would be an asset
