CPI Radant is an aerospace company that manufactures radomes which house antennas on military and commercial aircrafts. We are currently looking for people in our trim and drill assembly department to attach fixtures to our radomes. These individuals must be willing to work second shift and will receive a 10% premium over first shift.

Whether or not you have any previous carpentry experience, this is an excellent opportunity to learn a new trade in an exciting industry. Fiberglass assemblers, finish carpenters or machinists are typically a good fit for this position. Training will be provided. Pay is dependent upon experience.

Include but are not limited to the:
- Use of a variety of hand tools to drill, grind, and route radomes and related products.
- Installation of sheet metal components into composite products using rivets, threaded and blind fasteners.
- Use of a variety of test and measuring equipment to ensure the products meet customer requirements.

Applicants must be able to:
- Read, write and understand detailed work instructions in English.
- Apply basic mathematical skills.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings and verbal direction.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Assemble parts by stooping, kneeling and crouching in hard to reach places.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
