We have unique capabilities and experience in design, analysis, and manufacture of telemetry, communications, electronic warfare, and radar antenna systems. Worldwide installation, logistics, and repair support are performed by our in-house service organization with assistance from local CPI offices.

CPI Malibu takes an analytical approach to design and manufacture through the use of CAD, CAE, large-scale graphics and computer-controlled machining. Two anechoic chambers (including a compact range) and a well-equipped, small volume production machine shop support our capabilities and enable CPI Malibu to react quickly to customer’s requests. In ideal candidate will, under general supervision, verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipment and prepare items for shipment.


•   Perform Shipping and Receiving functions.
•   Receive items from the carriers, insure that they are undamaged and signs for the delivery.
•   Submit Damage claims.
•   Verfy received materials, MRO and/or equipment are correct, document receipt of the items.
•   Enter shipments and delveries into the information system.
•   Make arrangements with carriers for outbound shipments.
•   Work with freight carriers to obtain the best freight in/out costs.
•   Deliver incoming materials to receiving inspection, stock room, or requisitioner as appropriate.
•   Order supplies for the Shipping and Receiving work areas.
•   Responsible for following administrative procedures pertaining to record keeping and paperwork.
•   Interact with Buyer/Planners, stock clerks, QA inspectors and Engineers, Management, and co-workers.

This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Requirements
•   Minimum of 3 years experience in shipping and receiving
•   Experience with domestic and international shipping practices
•   Must be forklift certified or have the abilty to become cerfitied and have the ability to use other material moving eqipment.
•   Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
•   Must be organized
•   Ability to use hand tools
•   Able to read blue prints, and shipping instructions.
•   Computer literate
•   Able to recognize electronic components.
•   Overtime may be required, including weekends.
•   Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
•   Must be a self-starter, show initiative, and have the
ability to follow through to completion
